Andrew Schafer

Andrew Schafer spent nine years at Wieden+Kennedy as an Account Director on Starbucks, Levi’s, Dodge/Chrysler, Target and P&G. Before that, he spent nine years working on Apple at TBWA/Chiat/Day, in both Los Angeles and London. Andrew loves Portland almost as much as he loves his two kids and his dog, Barney.


Jed Alger

Jed Alger spent 13 lucky years at Wieden+Kennedy as a writer and creative director on brands like Nike, Miller Brewing, Microsoft, Starbucks, Target, EA Games and Coca-Cola. He started his career at Hill Holliday in Boston, Massachusetts, worked at Ogilvy & Mather NY, and now resides in Portland with his wife and three kids. No dog. Sorry.


Kelly Wright

Kelly is the art direction and creative direction heart and soul of MBS, equal parts gifted maker and relentless enabler of other makers. She spent nine glorious years at Wieden+Kennedy applying her design chops to brands as varied as Nike, Target, P&G, Google, Kraft, Levis, Travel Oregon and on and on and on. Two wonderful kids, a bad-ass husband and an undisclosed number of cats round out the picture.
